THE USE STORAGE FACILITY DURING DECEMBER 2023
This serves to inform all South Point residents that South Point will provide storage to students who might need it. Limited storage facilities will be made available on a first come first served basis.
Students are encouraged to note the following important conditions: I. Southpoint accepts neither responsibility nor liability in respect of, amongst others, insurance, loss of, or damage caused to any student’s item stored at any of the storage facilities. II. Students are advised to arrange their own insurance, should they deem it appropriate. III. All storage is done at own risk, and by keeping any item in any of the storage facilities, the student accepts the conditions set out herein, and will not hold the University liable or accountable for any loss of or damage caused to, any items in the storage facilities.
Students have been informed that their stored items should be collected when the university reopens for the academic year in 20243. They will be granted a grace period extending until January 22, 2024, to retrieve their belongings. If items are not collected within this timeframe, Southpoint will proceed to donate these items to a charity of their own choice.
