Store and Stay 2026 at South Point

Overview:

The Store&Stay 2026 campaign offers tenants the opportunity to receive free storage when they sign their lease for the 2026 academic year.

Terms & Conditions:

• To participate, students must sign a valid 2026 lease agreement with South Point. For assistance with signing, contact the South Point sales team directly.
• Upon successful lease signing, participants are required to visit the South Point offices to collect:
  • Box label form,
  • Collection slip, and
  • Sign the indemnity form/terms and conditions for storage.
• Participants must provide their own storage boxes and packing materials, including:
  • Boxes (only boxes are allowed),
  • Sellotape,
  • Bubble wrap, and any other materials required to safely pack belongings.
• Each participant may submit a maximum of three boxes.
• All boxes must be properly sealed and have a completed labelling form attached/pasted to each box with accurate information. Boxes with incorrect or incomplete labelling will be rejected and will not be stored.
• Participants must stack and deliver their boxes to the storage location or reception as per the provided schedule.
• Participants are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all terms outlined in the Store&Stay Terms and Conditions document.
• By participating, tenants acknowledge that South Point is not liable for the contents of boxes beyond reasonable care as outlined in the storage agreement.
• South Point reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
