Overview

The RAF Program rewards registered South Point tenants who successfully refer new tenants to any South Point residence.

Terms and Conditions

  • Referrers must be registered on the South Point system before referring others.
  • A referral is valid only if the referred individual signs a lease and successfully moves in.
  • Applications made without entering the referrer's details will not qualify.
  • Referral payments will only be made to the registered referrer's verified bank account.
  • Referrers must provide:
    • Proof of banking details (not older than three months), and
    • A valid form of identification (ID).
  • Referral payments will be processed at the end of the intake period. No early or partial payments will be made.
  • South Point reserves the right to verify the validity of all referrals.
  • Fraudulent or incomplete entries will result in disqualification.
  • South Point reserves the right to amend or discontinue the program without prior notice.
