No Top-Ups for New Tenants at South Point

Overview

The No Top-Ups Phase Two campaign applies to new tenants signing lease agreements for the 2026 academic year between December 2025 and January 2026.

This campaign is open to new tenants only.
To qualify, students must sign their lease between 1 December 2025 and 31 January 2026.
The offer is valid only for university students registered at:
- University of Johannesburg (UJ)
- University of the Witwatersrand (WITS)
- University of Pretoria (UP)
- Tshwane University of Technology (TUT)
The following buildings are excluded from this campaign:
- 56 Jorissen
- 90 De Korte
Tenants must complete booking, signing, and move-in requirements within the campaign period to remain eligible.
The "No Top-Ups" offer cannot be exchanged for cash, applied retroactively, or combined with other promotions.
South Point reserves the right to verify student registration and eligibility prior to approval.
South Point reserves the right to amend or terminate this campaign without prior notice.
