No Top-Ups for Current Tenants at South Point

Overview:

The No Top-Ups Phase One campaign rewards current South Point tenants who secure their accommodation for the 2026 academic year before the end of 2025.

Terms and Conditions:

This campaign applies exclusively to current South Point tenants.

To qualify, tenants must sign their lease agreement before 31 December 2025.

The offer is valid only for university students registered at:

• University of Johannesburg (UJ)
• University of the Witwatersrand (WITS)
• University of Pretoria (UP)
• Tshwane University of Technology (TUT)

The following buildings are excluded from this campaign:

• 56 Jorissen
• 90 De Korte

Tenants must move in by 15 January 2026 to remain eligible.

The “No Top-Ups” offer is not transferable and does not apply retroactively to leases signed before the campaign period.

South Point reserves the right to verify student registration and tenancy details before confirming eligibility.

South Point reserves the right to modify or terminate this campaign without prior notice.
