Laptop Giveaway at South Point

Overview:

The South Point Laptop Giveaway is open exclusively to first-year students who book, sign a lease, and move into one of the participating South Point residences for the 2026 academic year.

Participating Buildings:

• Johannesburg: Geldenhuys
• Pretoria: Luxor
• Soweto: Switch On Point

Terms & Conditions:

This promotion is open to first-year students only.

To qualify, students must:

• Book a room,
• Sign a valid lease agreement for 2025, and
• Successfully move into one of the above-listed South Point buildings.

Only one laptop prize will be awarded per qualifying tenant.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.

Winners will be selected after move-ins have been verified by South Point management.

South Point reserves the right to substitute the laptop model or brand for an equivalent product, should the original be unavailable.

By participating, tenants consent to their names and photos being used for marketing and promotional purposes.

South Point reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion at any time without prior notice.
