Holiday Vacate 2026 at South Point

MID-YEAR HOLIDAY VACATE

We have reached the end of the first semester. This may mean that your stay with us has come to end. Before you finalise your travel plans, please follow the below steps to avoid any unplanned delays:

  1. Semester students: Please consult with your admin office/walk-in centre to confirm your accommodation status. One of our administrators will then issue your unique vacate slip - please hand this in at your security desk when you leave. No student tenants will be allowed to leave with luggage without a completed vacate note.
  2. Full-academic year: Should your course proceed into the second semester, you will also need to visit your admin office/walk-in centre to verify your accommodation status. You will then be issued with a temporary vacate slip if you are a returning student or an official vacate note should you not be making a return. Please hand this in at your building’s security desk - together with your room key, if applicable - when you leave.
  3. Holiday departures: For all short time holiday trips – please ensure your key is kept safe as any missing/lost keys/access cards will have a replacement cost.

While you enjoy your mid-year break, we will be doing all our necessary maintenance checks and pest treatments. As such, please ensure that all your belongings are properly stored away and open food items are either thrown out, covered well or placed in your fridges.
