Car Giveaway at South Point
Overview:
Stand a chance to win a car when you book, sign, and move into a South Point residence for the 2026 academic year.
Terms & Conditions:
The Car Giveaway raffle is open to all South Point tenants who have:
- Booked a room,
- Signed a valid lease agreement, and
- Moved in by 31 January 2026.
Only tenants whose funding has been confirmed will qualify for entry into the raffle.
Returning South Point tenants who book and sign their lease by 15 December 2025 will receive double entry into the raffle draw.
The prize is a car as determined by South Point. The exact make, model, and specifications are subject to availability and will be announced prior to the draw.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The winner will be selected via a random draw conducted by South Point management or an appointed representative.
South Point reserves the right to verify eligibility and funding status before awarding the prize.
The winner must hold a valid South African driver’s license.
South Point reserves the right to photograph and publicize the winner for promotional purposes.
South Point reserves the right to amend or withdraw this campaign at any time without prior notice.
