To book at South Point, you'll need:

• A copy of your ID

• Your school results

• Proof of funding, depending on how your studies are funded:

• NSFAS-funded students: a fee statement from your institution

• Private payers: proof of payment (POP)

• Bursary students: a confirmation letter from your bursary provider

• When you move in, you'll also need proof of registration from your institution.

Can you book student accommodation before you've been accepted at university?

Yes. At South Point, both private-paying and NSFAS students can book before receiving university acceptance. You don't have to wait for your acceptance letter to secure a room. Just remember to bring your proof of registration when you move in.

Is there a booking fee or deposit?

It depends on the room and how you're funded:

• NSFAS-rated rooms: no booking fee and no deposit.
